Shipping policy

At Shire Farms, we work to ship every order with care and provide a smooth delivery experience from checkout to arrival.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days when item sare in stock after they are placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and the products in your order.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other factors outside of our control.

Pre-Orders and Seasonal Products

Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis or shipped seasonally. If a product is marked as pre-order, the estimated shipping or delivery timing will be noted on the product page or at checkout.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship together once all items are available, or separately depending on product availability and fulfillment timing.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Shire Farms ships within Canada only.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated shipping timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Shire Farms is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Shire Farms is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at robert@shirecm.com. We will do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at robert@shirecm.com as soon as possible. We will review the issue and work with you to determine the next steps.
