Shire Farms ships products across Canada.
We aim to ship products within 2 days, when available

Shire Farms, through its carrier partners, delivers orders to the shipping address provided at checkout. Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. That said, we’ll make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving delivery issues directly with the carrier where possible.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Shire Farms is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or for parcels that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
We are not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, labour disruptions, or carrier delays. Once a parcel has been transferred to the courier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the courier service.

At Shire Farms, we stand behind the quality of our products and take customer satisfaction seriously.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Due to the nature of our food products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. We may ask for photos of the item(s) or packaging to help us process your request.
Once a return or exchange is approved, we’ll issue a refund or send replacement item(s) as quickly as possible.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable return processing fees. If preferred, Shire Farms can provide a prepaid return label at our negotiated carrier rates; in this case, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund based on the carrier’s quoted rate at the time of return.
